12+ years of bodywork and healing experience at your service here!  I'm Vinnie Velez, a NYS Licensed Massage Therapist, professional actor, writer and photographer based out of NY.  I believe in the power of touch and positive energy.  With life being so hectic and stressful, it really takes a toll on our mind and body.  We all need our safe zone to refresh, recharge and renew.  I'd like to offer you that safe place to heal in the comfort of your home, work or hotel.  By utilizing the many modalities of healing I have been trained in (Reiki, Reflexology, Energy Work, Vibrational Healing, Swedish massage, Deep Tissue Massage, Myofascial Release, Sports Massage, Hot Stone Massage, and more) I will listen to your voiced concerns/requests as well as your body to craft a custom healing session unique to you.  My intent will be to heal, soothe and rebalance your body and mind.  I offer sessions of 60, 90 and 120 minutes in the Capital District and Hudson Valley Regions.  For the NYC area I offer 120 minute sessions and multiple client Spa-Days.
