About The Practitioner

Hello, my name is Vinnie Velez and I have been a Licensed Massage Therapist for over 12+ years.  I have been trained in Swedish, Deep Tissue, Energy Work, Vibrational Healing, Hot Stone Massage, Sports Massage, Reiki, Myofascial Release, Reflexology, and more.  I believe that optimal health comes from a perfect alignment of the body and mind, and that massage is one of the best forms of preventative health care in existence.  When I work, I make sure to listen both to your spoken words and what your body/muscles/energy is telling me.  From there, I craft a massage unique to you alone.  I do not rush or ignore areas in need of work, I am present and there to help.

Outside of the massage world, I am a busy actor, writer, filmmaker and photographer here in the Northeast.  Creativity and art have always made me feel so alive.  Perhaps you'll catch me on the big screen somewhere in 2024 or see some of my photography work in a magazine and say, "Yay for my massage therapist!" lol.  Much love and thank you for stopping by to learn a little more about me.
